Terms of Service

Droiso Shop is operated by Fernando Monja, and these terms are governed by the law of Peru. Notices reach us at fernandomonjav@gmail.com.

It is software for running your own shop. You get an address of your own at droiso.shop, a place to put what you sell, and a checkout your buyers use.

It is not a marketplace and it is not a payment processor. We do not list your products anywhere of our own, we do not send you customers, and we never hold your money.

One account belongs to one person, and that person is responsible for what is done with it. Keep the password to yourself.

Anyone you invite into your store acts for you. What they do, you have done.

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and to be selling as yourself or on behalf of a business you are allowed to represent.

What your buyers pay goes to you. It reaches an account you connected, in your name, and it does not pass through us on the way. We take nothing per sale.

That makes every promise to a buyer yours to keep: that the description is true, that the thing arrives, that returns and warranties are honoured, and that the tax and the paperwork your country asks for are done.

If a buyer is unhappy, they are your customer and not ours. We will not step between you, and we cannot move money we never had.

Anything you are not allowed to sell where you or your buyer are. Anything that is not yours to sell. Anything you have no intention of delivering.

You also may not use a store to take money you do not mean to honour, to send mail nobody asked for, or to break the service for anyone else.

We would rather ask you about something than close it. But a store that is plainly one of the above gets suspended, and we will tell you which line it crossed.

Your products, photos, text and your customer list belong to you. Nothing here transfers them to us.

You give us permission to store them and to show them to your buyers, which is what hosting a shop consists of, and no more than that. We do not use them to advertise, we do not sell them, and we do not train anything on them.

The first 14 days are free and no card is charged for them. After that the Starter plan is $15.00 a month.

DodoPayments collects it, as merchant of record, and their name is what appears on your statement. Your card details go to them and never reach us.

If the price changes, you hear about it by email at your store's contact address before it applies to you, and you can cancel instead.

When a trial ends or a payment fails, your shop stays open for another 7 days. Cards expire and banks decline things; that week is for sorting it out.

After that your storefront stops answering and buyers see that the shop is closed.

You can still sign in. Your products, orders and customers are still there, and paying reopens the shop with all of it intact.

You can cancel whenever you like, and your shop stays open until the end of the period you have paid for. What happens to the money is in the refund policy.

We can suspend or close a store that breaks these terms, and we will say why. Except where the law or an obvious harm makes it impossible, you get warning first and a chance to take your data with you.

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and we do not guarantee it never goes down, and there is no uptime commitment behind this plan.

As far as the law where you are allows it, what we owe you for anything that goes wrong is capped at what you paid us over the twelve months before it did. We are not liable for sales you did not make.

That is the ordinary limit for software sold at this price, and it is written plainly rather than buried, because a limit somebody discovers later is one they never agreed to.

If we change something that matters, you get an email at your store's contact address before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page changes.
