Refund Policy

This is about the subscription you pay us. It is not about a refund to somebody who bought something from a shop here, which is further down and is not ours to give.
The trial costs nothing
The first 14 days are free. Nothing is charged during them, so there is nothing to refund if you decide it is not for you. Cancel before the end and you never pay.
After that
The Starter plan is $15.00 a month, charged each month until you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like. Your shop stays open until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then it closes.
We do not refund the part of that month you did not use. You keep the whole of what you bought until it runs out, which is why cancelling on the second of the month is not a loss.
It is a month at a time and a small amount, and a policy that is one sentence long is one you can check we followed.
Who actually sends the money back
DodoPayments takes the payment as merchant of record, so a refund goes back through them and appears on your statement under their name. Ask us and we arrange it; the money moves on their timetable, usually within a few working days.
If we got it wrong
Charged twice, charged after cancelling, charged for something that never worked: write to fernandomonjav@gmail.com and we will fix it and return the money. That is not a discretion we are reserving, it is a mistake we would be correcting.
If you bought something from a shop here
Then you paid the shop, not us. Their money never came through us and we cannot send it back.
Reply to your order confirmation and it reaches them. Their returns policy is theirs, and the law where you bought applies to them and not to us.
